With over 10 years of Global FMCG Marketing & Commercial experience, I have a strong track record of delivering outstanding performance outcomes across a range of roles, including Customer Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Retail Brand Development and Category Development. Passionate about uncovering new insights and driving them through to action, I am persistent in identifying new opportunities to improve business performance, whether through better understanding of customer and stakeholder needs, better processes or through brilliant execution. Building strong and productive relationships is one of my key strengths and I have delivered significant step-changes in my career through my strong stakeholder engagement and influence. An experienced Project Manager, I have solid experience of challenging the status quo to deliver strong commercial results. In addition, I have a broad range of geographical work experience, both in market and remotely, including - South East Asia, North Asia, Greater China, Great Britain, Ireland and ANZ. I love to travel and experience new cultures and have been fortunate enough to combine some of my travel experiences with voluntary work. This included Habitat for Humanity trips to Sri Lanka in 2005 and China in 2008 to re-build housing for affected communities. In 2007 I travelled to Kenya with the ‘Cricket without Boundaries’ team to raise HIV/Aids awareness through coaching sport.
