I am a professional with diverse and extensive experience across a range of industries. My experience includes the building/construction industry (business development, painting, maintenance and specialised coatings) as well as the news media industry (advertising sales for newspaper and online sales and marketing). I have covered many areas in business from small business start up, developing new business opportunities, managing staff, managing tender submissions and maintaining positive customer relations and continuity. I am a motivated strategic thinker who is focused and disciplined. As a martial arts instructor and coach I am results driven, I enjoy helping others to realise their potential not only in the martial arts but all aspects of life - it is a thrill to see people achieve the things they once thought impossible! I am the founder of the Budo Martial Arts Clubs and creator of Kojin-do, a modern progressive freestyle martial art. In January 2021, I co-founded Impact Fitness and Coaching providing fitness and lifestyle programs, group fitness, one-on-one coaching and kids/teens fitness programs.'Come and train with us!"
