About Greg Catoe

As Vice President of Design & Construction at Selig Enterprises, Inc, I manage the design and construction of successful retail, mixed-use, and redevelopment projects in the Southeast. My primary responsibilities include: coordination of the real estate development process, including due diligence, entitlements, and permitting approvals; management of architects, engineers, and consultants; budget and estimating; contractor negotiations and project scheduling; and review/negotiation of LOI's/leases in regard to landlord's work and tenant improvements. In addition, I play an active role in construction and design matters pertaining to the leasing and property management activities integral to maintaining Selig's s.f + portfolio of retail, industrial, and office properties.
