I recently relocated to Kansas City from Las Vegas bringing with me vast experience both as a retired actor/singer as well as a Special Events Manager and Hospitaliaty professional. For over a decade, I managed the American Express Lounges at the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York, as part of the Momentum Worldwide team. I was responsible for overseeing the catering, food and beverage, event planning, and hospitality management aspects of these premium lounges, which served thousands of guests and clients every year. I leveraged my skills and experience in experiential marketing, client relations, and live events to create memorable and engaging experiences for the American Express card members and partners. I collaborated with various stakeholders, vendors, and staff to ensure the smooth operation and high quality of the lounges, while adhering to the brand standards and guidelines. I also contributed to the innovation and improvement of the lounge offerings and services, based on the feedback and insights from the guests and clients.
