I have worked in the hospitality industry for almost 30 years. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience from managing bars and restaurants in Dublin, to busy four star hotels in the South East. I am very passionate about the hospitality industry and I believe that customer service and attention to detail, are the key to a successful hotel. I'm a believer that a good relationship between the hotel and local community is essential for any hotel to strive.
