Greg practices business, corporate, and real estate law. He has represented buyers and sellers in well over 750 professional practice sales and transitions in Oregon and Washington. He has also represented buyers and sellers of professional practices in Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Hawaii and Texas. His clients include dentists, physicians, veterinarians, and other health care professionals. He has extensive experience in business formation, sales, acquisitions, mergers, and commercial real estate leases and sales. Greg has actively served as outside counsel for numerous medium-to-small businesses involved in manufacturing, construction, food distribution, technology, retail, and consulting. His experience includes litigation involving employment, real estate, construction, commercial, corporate, surety, securities, and bankruptcy issues. Mr. Englund is a member of the bars in both Oregon and Washington, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (District of Oregon), the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court.
