About Greg Farish

A hands on team leader comfortable in small teams of technically specialized individuals with diverse competencies to contribute. With in excess of 20 years experience in civilian and military aviation (rotary wing and fixed wing aircraft), electro-optics, computerized mission systems and Vetronics architecture I have defined and lead projects in a wide variety of areas; aircraft electrical systems design, airworthiness certification, multi-spectral stabilized imaging systems, flight test, IR & D, product development, systems integration test and verification, project recovery, NPI to manufacturing and support to business development. I integrate a wide variety of experience with an open minded problem solving approach to find solutions to complex issues. Very comfortable with tight timelines, tight budgets in a fast paced environment where the requirements are unclear and a successful approach needs defining. Cleared to secret level, with extensive work on ITAR projects. I have been able to apply my interest and abilities in aviation, engineering and optics to some very interesting industries, products and problems. I hold an Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) qualified for single and multi engine, land and sea aircraft. I have greater than 1600 hours total time and I maintain a Class 2 flight instructor rating.
