As a Business Development Representative, I am responsible for a ledger of medium to large electrical customers with a focus on building relationships and growing our market share.During my time as the Northern Regional Manager, my region covered the upper North Island with Branches in Auckland and Whangarei. The Regional Manager is accountable to the General Manager and jointly charged with the overall responsibility, leadership and management of the Advanced Security Regional Branch and operating the business within the Group Strategic Business Plan and company values. I have a background in Management that spans prior to joining the Advanced Group and have continued to grow in the area over the course of my career. In 2020, I received a Diploma in Business where I had been studying in my own time to achieve. I am always looking to learn and enjoy new challenges.I am outcome focused and dedicated to achieving the best for both the people and organization. I work well in a team, encouraging and empowering team members by providing support, opportunities for growth and learning. I am someone who always aims to do my absolute best, delivering to the best of my capability and who thrives in the face of a challenge.I have 16 years’ experience in the electronic security industry, across all aspects in this space, from technical to sales and senior management. I have a passion for engaging with people and working with clients to help drive continued support their organizations.
