I have a highly successful track record, including revenue growth in every market I have managed as well as increasing customer satisfaction scores by providing the best customer experience possible. I attribute my success to several key factors: I coach, mentor and develop high performance teams. I align inventory availability to consumer trends and insights targeted to specific demographics. I rely on goal setting and KPIs using metrics as a baseline for continuous improvement. I position my sales team as solutions sellers with a focus on a positive customer experience and long-term loyalty resulting in top P&L results. I always go above and beyond in order to excel at whatever I am assigned to do.
