As the Director of IT, I have been responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of IT infrastructure. This includes: overseeing technical projects, leading efforts for continuous IT improvement, managing other IT staff, and directing the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems, and processes. I help lead EG in its model of delivering “measurably better” results through proprietary systems that lends back to the mission of Helping People Succeed.
