About Greg Fleming

Greg most recently served as a Manager of Value Delivery at LogicSource, a ~$75M in revenue outsourced procurement service provider. During his five years with the company, Greg reported directly to the Senior Director of Value Delivery, leading key activities including strategic & financial planning, monitoring and building forecasts, cross-functional execution of high-priority projects and business analysis, with regular reporting and presentations to client executive leadership. Additionally, Greg was responsible for people management and mentorship of teams ranging in size from 5 to 15 Analysts & Senior Analysts as part of client-facing project execution. Prior to LogicSource, Greg was a Financial Analyst at Steward Health (a ~$5B revenue health care provider), which grew through acquisition from 8 to 36 hospitals during his time there. In this role, he contributed to financial planning initiatives for the VP of the Vendor Management organization, and also performed advanced analytics leveraging Microsoft Excel and a variety of other software tools. Prior to this, Greg held client-facing roles at MEDITECH and EOS Group. Academically, Greg graduated from Franklin Pierce University’s College of Business with a B.S. in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. During this time, Greg earned Dean’s List distinction on several occasions and played Second Base on the NCAA Baseball team.
