Greg Fraleigh is the President of The Enfield Group Inc, a third generation family owned business. He has 43 years experience in property management and development. Over the past 43 years, Greg has designed, developed and managed non profit communities, luxury condominium communities, single family homes, commercial parking lots, commercial warehouse spaces and the largest five pin bowling centre in Ontario. Greg’s community involvement ranges from being the chair of a golf tournament for Camp Trillium, a childhood cancer support centre. Since 1996, he has been a parking chair for the Canadian Open and Seniors Open held at the Hamilton Golf and Country Club. Greg has also been on the Hamilton Farmers Market sub-committee and sponsored a teacher at JUMP Math. Greg is a licensed property manager who has managed thousands of units across Southern Ontario. He is a member in good standing of ACMO, Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association, Canadian Condominium Institute, Cooperative Housing Federation.
