About Greg Geisler
Greg Geisler has been planning and executing industry and entertainment events since 1979, when he began producing a series of outdoor rock festivals. Next, he became a closed-circuit boxing promoter for six world championship fights, including bouts that featured Muhammad Ali and Sugar Ray Leonard. In 1982, he started Champion Productions with his partner John Caruso, producing trade shows in the agriculture, IT, and construction markets. In 1997, Mitt Romney’s global investment firm, Bain Capital, purchased Champion Productions, freeing Geisler up to lay the groundwork for his next venture. He launched that company, VerticalXchange, a strategic relationship broker and market research firm, in 2001. To date, VerticalXchange has hosted 63 of the Fortune 100 corporations at its eXchanges. The company has hosted more than one-on-one, strategic partnership meetings in eight industries and will be adding two new eXchanges in 2018.
