Roles Held included WAAFL Umpire Manager WAAFL Field Umpire Coach I’m 2015 Undertook change to AFL Pathway for the Development of Field Umpires as the Hendrie Margetts Field Umpires Coach preparing umpires for progression to the WAFL 2017 and 2018 Field Umpire Coach with WAFL and the Mike Ball Talent Academy March 2018 Moved jnto Part Time role with WAFC as Umpire Education and Appointment S CoOrdinator This role now going Full Time as of April 1 Prior and conjunctional leading the WAAFL Integrated Football Program providing opportunities for people with Intellectual Disabilites to play AFL with local community clubs this role culminated with development of State Integrated Teams and participation in the AFL National Inclusion Carnival 2003-2012 Extensive professional career (10+ years) in people management as a Team Leader leading Credit Teams of twelve to twenty within Banking and Finance industry. Exceptional analytical skills and sound decision making ability exercised Residential Credit Delegation to $2.0 Million dollars whilst in the employ of ME Bank.This Role required significantly high levels of conflict resolution, customer service, Leadership, Relationship Building and Influencing skills and techniques.Received redundancy Aug 2012 when Credit Operations centralized to Victoria. Diversified to work with WAAFL Co-Ordinating Integrated Football Program.This Program provides opportunities for people with Intellectual Disabilities to play AFL with their local Community based Club. The role initially a blank canvas, provided scope for development and initiatives. In this period of employment the Program has and continues to evolve from five team program to seven teams, advent of a High Performance Academy and State Football.
