After 35 years automotive experience with Chrysler, I have started leading automotive consulting for Harrington Consulting Group. I most enjoyed working with dealerships to help improve their policy compliance, share best practices and profit opportunities, find and eliminate knowledge gaps, and help improve processes. At Chrysler, I was promoted through all positions within Dealership Audit. Managed all aspects of sales incentive and warranty audits. I led special projects developing Dealer Audit Analytics and Sales Incentive validation of eligibility based incentives.
