About Greg Hamm

I have 30+ years of experience in the HVAC construction industry that began with working in sheet metal fabrication and installation, primarily in the commercial market. The journey has included owning and operating a sheet metal fabrication and sub-contracting business and has since then taken me into project management.During my career I was also privileged to be called upon to pastor Christ Apostolic Church in Eaton, Ohio in 2003. It was a small congregation with many challenges, but with great potential. Over the years of this pastorate, I invested many voluntary hours into extensive renovation of the facility, along with many hours of ministering and administration of this church. During my tenure we saw a record Sunday morning service attendance of 72 people. Under the leadership of a great assistant, a Youth ministry was launched. We began a Children’s ministry that involved the purchase of a church van and the establishment of a van route each Sunday morning. In an effort to be future minded, additional property was purchased for future growth. Fiscal oversight management of the church finances resulted in the church being fiscally responsible and able to meet its fiduciary responsibilities. All of this allowed us to touch the lives of many people in Eaton and to hand off great potential for even greater growth to our successor. I believe that my success in this endeavor can be attributed to working with the people available and empowering them with my trust in them to fulfill their commission.I have also been privileged to have been elected to three four year terms on our local school district’s Board of Education, during which time my colleagues bestowed upon me the honor of Board President the last seven years of my tenure as a Board member.
