About Greg Hartch

I am an investment management professional with a record of driving business growth, strong investment performance and risk excellence at Limekiln Real Estate, State Street Global Advisors (SSGA), GE Asset Management, Deutsche Bank, and Goldman Sachs. The early part of my career was focused on real estate finance, working on large commercial loan originations and CMBS Securitizations secured by properties such as Citibank Center, the World Trade Center and the Guardian Life Building at both Goldman and Deutsche. In 2002, I moved to the buy-side at GE Asset Management and spent the next ten years as a portfolio manager/head of research investing in real estate, private credit, fixed income, and alternative assets on behalf of GE Pension or GE Insurance and running tactical asset allocation for the GE Pension Trust and four public mutual funds. Over the past ten years, I have held a series of leadership roles at both GE Asset Management and State Street Global Advisors, developing strategy, driving change, executing, and empowering teams. At State Street Global Advisors, I was a member of the firm's Executive Management Group and held senior roles including Head of Private Investments, Chief Risk Officer, and Global Head of SPDR Strategy and Planning. In April 2025, I joined Limekiln Real Estate as Chief Strategy Officer and am excited to be part of the Limekiln / MF1 team. In August 2025, I became an independent board trustee of RJ Credit Income Fund, a newly launched interval fund sponsored by Raymond James.
