I am a global business leader with general management, strategic, operational & finance skills. Helping to bring order and scale to growing businesses that are facing big challenges is something I actively seek out – from a strategic and finance perspective at heart, and as a business leader by experience. I bring a passion for growth and innovation with a unique, global perspective to every company with which I am involved. My almost 40 years of experience working in four regions spans multiple industries (logistics, manufacturing, energy, defence, property and banking) in a variety of roles, including CEO & CFO. Leveraging this diverse background to drive innovation and grow businesses in both executive and board roles gives me great satisfaction. I am a recognized leader in helping to build customer-centric organizations drive growth, bottom-line profitability and value with a proven track record working across multiple cultures and geographies in both developed and emerging markets and demonstrated ability in developing and motivating large teams and small to deliver superior business results. My experience in senior leadership roles at companies like Brambles, Westfield Holdings, AGL, Tenix Group and Southcorp developed me as a business leader. More recently as a foundation shareholder and Director of Home Consortium Ltd, a shareholder and foundation Director of Home Consortium Daily Needs REIT, and a foundation shareholder and Director of Aurrum Pty Ltd, a start up in Aged Care has enabled me to apply my skills and experience in these growing businesses.
