As a Construction Project Manager, I oversee the everyday tasks of projects including: estimating/budgeting, the ordering of materials, implementing and overseeing the day to day operations and supervising on-site construction. My previous job as a project manager for a theming company, I oversaw the installations and construction in many of the Legoland parks here in the US. I helped in the installation of many of the attractions for Merlin, including Peppa Pig Land, The Pirate River Quest, in Legoland, Florida. I oversaw the daily operations for installation of the guest rooms and FF & E for the hotel in Legoland N.Y. Another job that I was proud to work on and oversee was the complete remodel and the installation of Madame Tussaud' New York “GLOW” project, while working with many great people in New York City. My previous experience includes President of Construction for a multifamily real estate investment company. My duties included overseeing new construction and remodeling of existing apartments and commercial buildings. I oversaw the day-to-day operations of my team of builders, subcontractors and workers. Other tasks included budgeting, purchasing of materials and supplies, gutting apartments, interior finishes and final walk through. Working with Smart-sheet and Excel spreadsheets, I outlined the schedules of purchasing and construction through final design and construction. My construction and design background has allowed me to design and construct monument and kiosk signage for malls and apartment communities, utilizing all forms of construction materials for the completed projects.
