I am a degree qualified engineer with leadership experience, capable in both operational and customer facing roles, focused on cost reduction through collaboration and development of teams. I am deeply motivated by people, process and production. I believe people are the the key asset of any company. By helping people collaborate with a clear vision, businesses reap the rewards of peoples creativity and drive to be better, developing processes and driving up productivity, morale and motivation. Striving continually to utilise, challenge and further develop my interpersonal and leadership skills. I am keen to gain a deeper understanding of lean, six-sigma and ‘theory of constraints’ production methodologies. Outside of work; I hold a long term role as a scout leader, climb, cycle, fix stuff (classic cars mainly) and I love to spend time with family and friends.
