My focus is to help clients structure complicated real estate transactions involving real or perceived environmental contamination to provide avenues for financing/investment along with exit strategies tailored to a client's risk aversion. I am a service-oriented professional with extensive geological, environmental consulting, real estate, managerial and business development expertise across multiple industries, capable of identifying business opportunities and responding to those opportunities by designing and leading multidisciplinary project teams.I take a holistic approach to problem solving, incorporating financial, strategic and regulatory considerations within a consensus framework, serving as an extension to your internal resources. I have served in leadership roles with 5 companies over my career. I develop business strategies and coordinate strategy implementation between operational groups and stakeholders. I focus my expertise on contaminated property assessment, risk evaluation and mitigation for real estate transactions and brownfield redevelopment. I have provided brownfield consulting services on 15 North Carolina brownfield sites and have conducted investigations on over 100 dry cleaning sites in North Carolina, Maryland, and Georgia.
