Hello! My name is Greg, and I am a learning and development leader who thrives on building training programs from the ground up and making them stick. With over 15 years of experience across corporate, startup, nonprofit, and educational spaces, I’ve led the charge in creating training departments where none existed—designing scalable onboarding, leadership development, and performance improvement programs that grow with the business. I’ve worked in high-growth, high-change environments where speed, structure, and impact all have to coexist. Today, I lead L&D at a fast-moving, multi-branch environmental services company, where I’ve helped standardize onboarding and safety training across 40+ locations, support multilingual learners, and turn subject matter expertise into accessible, engaging content. I also teach in higher ed, building workforce development programs for businesses looking to invest in their people. I’m hands-on with everything from LMS platforms and SCORM content to trainer certification and leadership coaching.
