About Greg Justice

My objective is to pursue a challenging design and development career utilizing my leadership skill, business acumen and mechanical engineering background. I am skilled with Pro-E (Creo 2.0), ANSYS, Creo Elements, Solid Works. I have designed and implemented many plastic, sheet metal, wire form, elastomer, and sintered metal parts. I have utilized plastic injection molding, thermo forming, extrusion, progressive dies, stage tooling, 4-slide, welding, TOX, ultrasonic welding, and other manufacturing methods. I am well versed in plastic material selection as well as metalurgy. I have applied my skills to designing a variety of mechanisms, fluidic systems, and thermal systems; mostly for printers or paper handling devices, but also for things as diverse as silicon wafer handling machines and sporting clays target presentation devices. During the course of my engineering practice I have published five technical articles. I have submitted over forty invention disclosures of which eleven were selected for patent applications and another three resulted in defensive publications.
