About Greg K.

I have a combination of educational and work backgrounds that make me who I am today. I never turn down an opportunity to advance myself as a person through my career and soak up all experiences offered. Each experience shapes me to put 100% in to my work. I’ve studied Fine Arts in Undergrad, Art Therapy in Graduate School and have multiple years experience in the Customer Service industry. This combination allows me to use my creative mindset and eye for detail in all I do. Due to this, I have been selected or chosen for multiple various experimental roles or positions in my career. As I stared as a data entry representative with my insurance customer experience, I was selected to be part of a new team working with total loss vehicles, one of six selected from the entire company. At my current role, I was one of three selected to help out with direct messaging, which led me to help roll this contact channel out to business as usual. I also was selected one of nine out of a few hundred employees for a project role with systems upgrade, which has been a really amazing experience!I’ve received three peer nominated reward at my current position; Focused award (x2) and Curious award. These award were peer nominated for my focus to my work, working styles and my curious mind, always asking about processes as well as seeking out the answers. The awards are global (UK, US, Berlin and Singapore) and I’m happily shocked to received not only nominations but be selected for these awards. Definitely a work highlight!I look forward to the next opportunity where I can continue to use my creative mindset, my eye for detail and my natural curiosity!
