With over 10 years of experience in customer support, I have developed a passion for helping customers, leading teams, and solving problems. My journey has taken me on various roles, from being a Support Engineer on the front lines to a Support Manager leading a team of support engineers. I love coaching, mentoring and helping people, and then seeing them apply the knowledge and skills imparted to become successful.As a Technical Support Manager, I was responsible for a team of global support engineers while ensuring customer and business needs were being met. I improved process efficiencies, analyzed support KPIs, made sure customer were satisfied, developed enablement training and drove cross-functional team collaboration. I have certifications around customer satisfaction and growth mindset, which reflects my commitment to customers and team development.I am looking for a new challenge where I can leverage my experience and skills to lead a support team that delivers exceptional service and value to customers.
