My experience started though a technical vocational school progressing to business ownership and then multiple world class organizations, joint ventures & alliances which manufacture commercial/residential HVAC/R and water source/ground source heat pump systems and accessories. Some of my corporate administration roles have been: National Sales Manager, Director of Sales/Business Development, Regional Sales Manager, and Territory Sales Manager as well as other supporting roles involving decision making, budgeting & finance, profit & loss responsibility, performance optimization, best practices and bench-marking, consensus building & teaming, technical support, technical design & applications, project management, technical training, and marketing. Leveraging from my expertise from both the OEM/supplier and mechanical contractor sectors, I have a passion for establishing effective sales teams using educational training along with providing technical and application sales support.
