About Greg Langston

Greg Langston joined Avison Young as Managing Director and Principal in 2013. Greg’s primary focus is representing corporate clients based in the Southwest and Southeast who have local, national and international commercial real estate needs. Greg’s experience includes advising, managing and negotiating office and industrial leases, strategic site selection, financial analysis, build to suits, building sales/dispositions, land sales/acquisitions buy outs and project management assignments. Prior to joining Avison Young, Greg was a founding member of Dillon Corporate Services, Inc. one of Dallas’ leading tenant representation firms with offices in Dallas, Fort Worth and Birmingham. Greg spent over 23 years growing Dillon and serving his clients. Greg’s involvement in the overall strategy and negotiation is instrumental in creating relationships that deliver strategic and advantageous solutions for his clients. Greg’s professional credentials include the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of Chicago. Greg is also an active member in the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and currently serves on the College of Arts & Sciences Leadership Board and Alumni Council at the University of Alabama. Greg also coaches various sports teams of his four children and serves on their school’s Booster Club and Dad’s Partnership boards.
