FOOD MANUFACTURER | START-UP'S An inventor by heart I am passionate about machinery and what it can achieve. Self-employed for the past 20 years, involved in 2 start-up food processing operations. Partnered a frozen vegetable business which I helped expand and increase output whilst reducing costs; more recently setting up an automatic onion peeling plant. I have taken businesses from basic to complex infrastructures and in my current move to Sydney Australia I hope to find work where I can utilize my entrepreneurial aptitude, my love of machinery, processing and manufacturing.
