Engineering Support Services (ESS) was founded in 2011 to provide support services to townhome and condominium associations, restaurants, hotels, and engineering firms. ESS saw a great need for better client services within the condominium and townhome association markets within the mid-western states. To fill this need, ESS expanded its service offering in 2015 and became a Licensed Professional Engineering Firm with the goal of providing exceptional service to new and existing clients within the condominium and townhome association markets. ESS also continues to provide exceptional service to new and existing restaurant and hotel clients nationwide. The mission of ESS is to meet the needs of our clients by accurately accessing their building problems and providing long term innovative solutions. ESS aims to provide technically accurate reports in a timely manner that are presented in a user friendly format to ensure our clients can understand the complex building issues and solutions to their building problems. The staff at ESS have more than 25 years of combined experience specializing in moisture intrusion and building façade renovation projects. ESS staff regularly attend educational seminars to stay on top ever changing building codes and product development to ensure we are operating with the latest information.
