I am a customer-focused technology professional with experience in managing stakeholder relationships while adapting to the ever changing business needs. At AIB, I’m an experienced Desktop Product Owner who is accountable for the end to end Desktop delivery strategy across AIB’s physical and virtual desktop infrastructures. As Product Owner, I act as the interface between AIB business teams and the wider product and services owners including the extensive OEM ecosystem for the end-end DWP Desktop Service. I ensure that all teams, partners and processes within the estate are delivering a robust infrastructure alongside a quality customer experience, ensuring service is maintained and that 3rd parties are operating within contract and issues within the estate are managed through to resolution. I ensure that the right Evergreen decisions are made across the desktop platform to maintain the overall integrity and value of the DWP Desktop Service for all AIB colleagues.
