As the Managing Director and Director of the Southwest Region for CIBC Bank USA, I worked closely with wealth management and investment banking teams to enhance service cross-selling and cement strategic partnerships. I managed a team that grew CIBC Bank USA's Dallas client base from 0 to 17 within five years by analyzing over 250 companies and identifying and pursuing ideal prospects. Some of my additional accomplishments include: • Launching Dallas-Fort Worth’s fourth independent craft brewery, Four Corners Brewing Co, in 2012, expanding the region’s craft brewing community. I delivered consistent year-over-year (YOY) growth and achieved the initial company vision for expanding the area’s cultural impact through craft beer. • Positioning Four Corners Brewing Co. to gain the attention of Constellation Brands (the owners of Modelo, Corona, and Pacifico) and negotiating the successful acquisition of Four Corners in 2018 by establishing a solid market presence with a younger bi-cultural population.
