As Process Systems Division Manager at SPEC Services, I lead long-term programs consisting of multidisciplinary teams and managers – delivering full lifecycle project development and execution with consistency, technical rigor, and alignment to client goals. My work centers on managing long-term programs and fast-track, multi-discipline projects of all sizes for oil and gas sector clients focused mainly on refineries and chemical plants. Some key attributes I focus on are site-specific workflows, clear communication, and execution excellence.With a strong process engineering background and over 20 years of refinery, chemical plant and related systems experience, I build lasting client partnerships grounded in technical insight and proven delivery. I lead with a commitment to mentorship for our new-generation engineers while guiding projects from initial scoping, to FEL planning and execution, and finalizing in safe and successful construction and startup.
