Martin Luther King Jr. once said, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’” As a leader in aging and human services across public programs and organizations (local, state, and federal), I strive to embody this quote in my professional and personal life. Whether I’m leading the development of new programs or policies, driving legislative changes, or establishing new services for diverse populations, aging and human services, family caregiver policy, programming/services, and advocacy are my passion. Throughout my career, I have worked across various organizations at the local, state, and federal level, guiding change and advancing social impact through the development, implementation, and ongoing management of progressive programs. Leveraging my well-rounded expertise, I have contributed to various policy design and system reform efforts to support the organization is addressing problems, uncovering gaps, and providing optimal services for the community. Furthermore, I have delivered executive-level leadership for diverse programs, handling all related tasks, including leading teams, building partnerships, and executing organizational vision. Recognized for my leadership in the field, I have built partnerships with stakeholders, cross-functional leaders, and organizations to advance aging and human services policies and programs. Influencing my peers and partners, we have helped expand awareness of resources and services while also helping advance and reform relevant policies to address critical issues.
