With over 15 years of experience in the ICT industry, I am currently a Strategic Delivery Executive at Cloudflare, a leading cloud cyber security platform. I am responsible for establishing and leading a new migration practice that delivers a premium white-gloved experience for our most strategic clients in the APJC region. I have a strong background in service delivery and project management, having worked with large corporate and government organisations such as Leidos and Telstra. I have led both direct and virtual teams to deliver key customer outcomes, using Agile methodologies and ITIL best practices. I have also demonstrated effective crisis management skills, leading teams to respond to critical incidents for large organisations.
