A visionary leader with an extraordinary blend of expertise in robotics, software, nanotechnology, and energy markets, I specialize in transforming innovations into thriving businesses. In the most recent 5 years, I have built track record in harnessing, orchestrating, and optimizing energy assets, I'm aligned with the mission of deriving profits while creating a smarter, cleaner electric power grid. Starting as a Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman and moving into software at Invention Machine Corporation, I went on to co-found five ventures that collectively raised more than $100M and have experienced three exits. A named inventor on four patents, my educational background includes a BSME from WPI, MS from Virginia Tech, and an MBA from MIT Sloan. In GrowthWorks (spun out as Bia Capital), I built a comprehensive forecasting system for energy prices, automating daily portfolios for day-ahead markets using time series machine learning. Co-founding Allyke, our AI platform created meaningful connections among digital imagery for retail. At NextDroid and Rayyan Systems, I provided strategic guidance in ADAS/AV systems and AI-based systematic literature searches.
