Bringing the concept of Supply Chain Management, I work with groups that we support, and support us in order to come up with a solution that works for multiple groups that works long term instead of creating a short term solution that would cause issues down the road. Using my sales background, I encourage my team to present options to borrower and attorneys as if they were selling a product or solution for the borrower. With my background in customer service, I teach my staff to treat each interaction with borrowers or attorneys as supporting the customer. Asking them to look for creative solutions to unusual problems. I have a very strong analytical view - and can interact with all the groups involved in decision making; reporting, customer service, support, senior management, and the support teams and relay the information back and forth so everyone fully understands. Also have experience managing a virtual team located in 3 different time zones - getting them the information they need while making sure they are all performing.
