I'm an experienced Manager working in West End theatres, leading large teams to deliver exceptional customer service. As a trainer, I have been asked many times to deliver best prastice demonstrations to senior colleagues to ensure consistency across the group. I enjoy mentoring junior staff, many of whom have succeeded in landing promotions to start building careers. I enjoy finding new ways to improve office efficiency, having implemented changes in every venue I’ve worked in. I also pride myself on boosting sales through both operational change and motivating my team. My personal highlight is having entertained many VIPs such as Dame Judi Dench & Hugh Jackman on their visits to the theatre. In my spare time, I enjoy baking, murder mystery novels and playing with my dog, Harvey.
