Program Management leader known for developing new products that are profitable, reliable and market changing. Throughout my career, my passion has been to develop and launch new products which make an impact on our daily lives. Whether it’s a personal product used regularly or one behind the scenes providing an indirect benefit, it is critical to ensure the products are reliable, on time, and profitable for the company. I develop cross functional teams which work together cohesively, keeping everyone focused on the company goals. In doing so, I have been able to launch 95% of my 100+ projects on time during my 15+ year career in global automotive and consumer electronics industries. Cost management in any company is critical to the bottom line. I excel at the creation and management of new product development budgets, detailed product costs, single and blended family product margins as well as cost reduction, ensuring the profit and loss targets are met. Among my strengths is the ability to foresee potential roadblocks, which routinely occur with the various mix of team disciplines, and ensure they are averted so the project stays on track. This comes from my vast experience and is an ability I am fortunate to have developed over the years.
