Hello, I am Greg McLeod, a red seal chef since 1998. Working in the food and beverage industry for over 30 years has given me an edge to approach a task or new idea with a creative perspective. My flexibility and willingness to change plans or ideas to accommodate the ever-changing needs of my work demand has made me a valuable asset to my past and present employers. I have a natural ability to create enthusiastic, productive working environments with customer-orientated professionals at an employee level, while being extremely successful in building long lasting business relationships in a short time. I establish these relationships with staff, management and clients by building great rapport based on trust, good judgment and consistency, combined with reliability and my open minded approach. I have successfully managed teams in three sectors, Health Care, Recreation/Retail and Energy Resources, from Vancouver Island over to North West Territories and as far east as Newfoundland and Labrador. As a husband and father of two, I look forward to advancing my career to happily meet the constantly evolving needs of myself and family.
