As the founder of ICON Gym, I've spent nearly two decades transforming how people engage with fitness, from my early days as a physiotherapist to building one of the UK's most successful small group training gyms. At ICON, we flipped traditional gym stats on their heads: while most gyms see just 20% of members use the facility regularly, 80% of our members train at least twice a week. Now, we bring that same model to office buildings, turning underused corporate gyms into vibrant, well-run community spaces that boost tenant retention, satisfaction, and long-term lease value.
