Greg Millwater has 16 years of experience in commercial real estate and is currently a Director in Cushman & Wakefield's Occupier Services business, based in their Washington, DC office. He specializes in representing tenants in the Washington DC region, nationally, and internationally. In the course of his career, he has completed assignments in over 20 countries and 40 states. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. During his tenure, Greg has been exclusively dedicated to occupier clients. He provides tenants with real estate strategy, market analysis, financial analysis, and lease negotiations. He has experience meeting the needs of clients in various industries including defense contracting, tech, consulting, finance, and non-profit. He has also worked as a portfolio manager for several national clients. As part of his scope, he has developed strategic real estate plans and has consulted extensively on merger and acquisition assignments. He has been the primary point of contact for the migration of clients’ data onto new data management and finance platforms. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Greg worked as an executive recruiter for a Chicago-based retained search firm and as a senior consultant at a Washington, DC boutique professional services specializing in litigation support and insurance settlements.
