From humble beginnings in his home town of Los Angeles,CA. Greg began shaping his real estate career at an early start. After spending several years in real estate development, business development, marketing and estate sales in Los Angeles, Greg embraced the challenge of moving to New York City to begin carving his name among the industries best. Greg's career path started as the executive assistant to the president of Aspen Development, a small land development company in Los Angeles. Greg soon became the executive assistant to one of the top residential brokers for Prudential Realty of Beverly Hills. There, he created the foundation and identified his personal style of residential brokerage and negotiation tactics. Turning to development, Greg became Director of Business Development for ENCO Utility Services, a privately owned electric utility service and development company out of Southern California. His direction and execution of product marketing and licensing turned the company from a service provider into an industry influencer. Greg brings a sharp tenacity, high level of competitiveness, and a dynamic personality with years of commercial and residential experience to New York Real Estate.
