About Greg Murray

An eternal Optimist (grounded in reality of course!) with a strong sense of responsibility I prefer to be held fully accountable for my successes and my failures. I have an intense dislike for unfinished work and a need to make it right if a commitment is not met. With a customer service history as long as my arm, it's safe to say I am a massive people person. My experience spans from people management, to the hospitality sector and then onto account management. Most recently I have found my way back to my roots and have started putting my degree to good use as a technical writer for Red Hat. Red Hat provides me the perfect environment to combine my strengths as a people person and a writer. Working closely with subject matter experts, I strive to deliver clear, concise, and accessible content for our customers. Skills & Achievements : Honours degree in English and New Media, strong communication skills (written and verbal), advanced Excel skills, completed various supervisor trainings and courses within Amazon, interviewing, public speaking/webinars/presentations/training classes. Took part in launching a brand new market (Amazon.tr), various internal process improvements implemented.
