My 20+ years of experience have enabled me to function in myriad ways with stakeholders and teams across the organization. I have a professional flexibility that allows me to jump in and participate in many different areas with an understanding of their challenges, strengths, and the planning, problems, and policies that are inherent in an executive leadership role. This openness to new direction has prompted me to broaden my focus and develop key insights and experience that make me uniquely positioned to transition to the next stage of my career.
