This role allows me to develop my communication and presentation abilities through participation in client meetings, property tours, and internal discussions. I am pursuing a B.S. in Real Estate at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where I learn the fundamentals and best practices of real estate finance, development, valuation, and management. I am highly driven and motivated to apply my knowledge and skills to real-world projects and challenges, as demonstrated by my previous internships in affordable housing development, business development, and commercial real estate. My goal is to explore and excel in various aspects of commercial real estate and positively impact the clients I serve.
