As a Mechanical Engineer, I led Product Development, Developed and Managed Product Design, Product/Project Schedules, Project/Product/Tooling Cost, Manufacturing Processes, QC, Automation and Vendor Management. I secured and implemented new production machines which led to a 900% increase in revenue. I contributed to the Product Management team on the New Product Development Process with P&L, Consumer Research, Competitive Research, Data Analysis, resulting in contributions to 45% of company’s revenue and vendor contract negotiations saving $1.5M. As Product Manager, I managed all project activities with our internal cross-functional teams and with external vendors. I managed the P&L on 4 brands and multiple sub brands of consumer products, resulting in a 50% increase in gross profit, while reducing product cost by 20% and SKU reduction by 86%. I spearheaded OEM sales strategies with full P&L ownership, resulting in a 160% gross profit increase.
