About Greg Pendleton

As the Deputy Chief, Air Combat Command (ACC) Protocol at the United States Air Force (USAF), I have over 22 years of experience in the military industry, with a focus on organizational leadership, operational planning, and emergency management. I support the ACC Commander, Deputy Commander, and Command Chief in scheduling, planning, directing, and monitoring various command conferences and public affairs events, ensuring the highest standards of protocol and professionalism. I also coordinate with other military service representatives, officials of foreign governments, and civic leaders to foster positive relations and mutual understanding. In my previous role as the Chief Operating Officer for Survival and Evasion Group (SEG), LLC, I leveraged my educational background in Security Administration and Military Science and Technology to bolster business development and mission accomplishment. I was responsible for training curriculum and development of over 500 instructors, who provided safety, mentorship, and leadership to over Air Force recruits annually. I am a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner, a Standardized Field Sobriety Test Instructor, and a Crime Scene Investigator. I am passionate about enhancing the performance, resilience, and well-being of individuals and teams in challenging and dynamic environments. I am currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Management at the University of Arizona Global Campus.
