Enterprise ERP and supply chain transformation leader with 25+ years of experience modernizing manufacturing and distribution operations through Oracle Cloud ERP and large-scale business process transformation.My career began in manufacturing, warehouse, and transportation operations—long before ERP—giving me a pragmatic, business-first approach to enterprise systems. I specialize in translating business strategy into scalable processes and technology across Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Pricing, Warehouse, Transportation, MRP, and Sales & Use Tax.I’ve led global ERP programs from strategy through execution, partnering with C-suite and functional leaders to deliver measurable outcomes including improved visibility, optimized inventory, stronger controls, and scalable operating models. I bring deep experience aligning ERP roadmaps with enterprise priorities while managing integrators, internal teams, and executive stakeholders.In addition to transformation delivery, I’ve led enterprise demand planning and workforce optimization initiatives, building dashboards and governance models that improved execution predictability and decision-making across global organizations.Outside of work, I love spending time with my crazy family. My wife and I have been blessed with two wonderful daughters. There is never a dull moment around the Pressley house and that is the way we like it. I also founded and run a nonprofit - CharlestonElves.org. We provide children affected by cancer a magical holiday season.
