About Greg Querin

With a diverse background in education, management, and IT, I bring a unique blend of leadership, coaching, and technical expertise to any team I work with. Over the past 8 years, I’ve honed my skills as a teacher and teacher coach, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting both students and educators in creating impactful learning environments. My experience in this field has shaped my ability to foster growth, build strong teams, and adapt to dynamic situations. In addition to my work in education, I’ve also managed teams in retail, including a role as a Car Sales Manager and as a Manager at Lowe's. These roles sharpened my skills in sales, team leadership, and operational efficiency, while providing me with an understanding of what it takes to drive results in fast-paced environments. Currently, I’m building my career in IT, where I started as a Tier 1 Tech and quickly advanced to the role of Pod/Department Leader. In this position, I lead a team of technicians, providing support, guidance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. My IT journey has been both challenging and rewarding, and I continue to learn and grow in this ever-evolving field. I’m passionate about developing people, optimizing processes, and embracing new technologies to improve operations. I look forward to connecting with others who share similar interests and values, and exploring new opportunities where I can contribute my skills and experience to drive success.
