About Greg R.

Business and technology professional, with over 20 years of experience working for a wide variety of organizations including utilities, health care, government, public and private. I have successfully managed several project implementations from simple software upgrades to enterprise wide system implementations. I’ve worked to develop new lines of business and expanded existing programs. Developed and managed an enterprise wide Geographic Information System for a major Public Utility. Challenging users to look at the enterprise-wide picture to see if changes in what they do can have positive affects across the organization, I like to encourage them to always look for improved ways to do business rather than rely on the past. In addition to the technical side I have been responsible for department budgets, planning and managing the projects I and other department members worked on each year and writing annual reviews. I have been part of several different Emergency Preparedness teams helping to plan responses to natural disasters, medical emergencies, physical security, and technology security.
